What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, work email, company, phone number if you give it, and your message.

When you browse the site, Google Analytics records pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you reached the site. It uses cookies to do this.

Our web host keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

When you book a call, Cal.com receives your name, email, the time you pick and your answers to the booking questions, and sends you the calendar invite.

Why we collect it

We use form submissions only to reply to you about your inquiry. We use analytics to understand which pages are useful and to count inquiries.

Who we share it with

The contact form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards your message to our email inbox. Call bookings are handled by Cal.com. Analytics is provided by Google Analytics 4. The site is hosted by Namecheap.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep ordinary business records. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting of our Analytics account.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what you sent us, email hearthbeacon@gmail.com. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
